It's bigger than I thought; a ballpoint pen can fit in it.

Very nice case. Quite light and small, nice 2 pockets with a zipper. It's a pity it doesn't have a handle to grab like a handbag.
Nice and better quality than the small cheap ones that often come with a first-aid patch on them. I ordered the patch for this one separately, and the velcro on this pouch is a good size for it. I think it looks good. Fits everything really well, and is very organized and secure.
In the second photo, left to right and top to bottom, is a permanent marker, blue aluminum marlin spike, solid stainless steel marlin spike, hank of paracord + fid, 2m measuring tape, multitool w/ knife and scissors, and zorro lighter with butane insert, making a nice little paracord kit. Just an example of one way this could be used.
